Program Format

• The Reel Classroom DVD titles are NTSC (all regions) and are in English.
• The digital files are 1280 x720 h.264 Quicktime movies.

Shipping Policies

• Shipping both Domestic and International are done via USPS (United States Postal Service). Most orders are processed and shipped within one business day.
• Orders are processed and shipped to the address provided upon checkout. Reel Classroom will not accept responsibility for lost materials if the address information was not entered correctly.

Return Policy

• We will gladly accept returns on physical media (DVDs) if the disc is unopened and not used. Please email us at sales@reelclassroom for additional questions regarding returns.
• Digital material is non-refundable.

Digital Downloads

• Digital downloads are a zipped file containing the material segmented into chapters. Instructions are provided in the zip file for transferring the chapters into Apple iTunes however iTunes is not necessary to watch the files.
• Please be patient. The digital files are large and may take a few minutes, even up to an hour to download (especially for bundle files), depending on your connection.
• Upon checkout, you will be emailed a secure link to your download file. You will have 24 hours to complete the download before expiration.
